I am an insignificant Catholic layman sharing the story of my journey on the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed with St. Joan of Arc and St. Thérèse of Lisieux.

I am not a professional Catholic; I do not make my living by promoting the Faith or my own testimony. I have no ties with any publisher or media agent. I have no Church sponsored ministry. I neither ask for nor accept money. The only financial profit I receive is from the sales of my books. However, I am willing, and would be delighted, to speak to your parish or organization for no fee. My only caveat to the above statement regarding money is that assistance with travel expenses would be appreciated.

This site represents my personal inspirations and views. My first two books (Journey to Christendom and Seek First the Kingdom) have received Permission to Publish by the Vicar General from the Archdiocese of Chicago with official declarations of ecclesiastical authority that the material is free from doctrinal and moral error (the other books have not yet been submitted - perhaps one day). However, I do not wish to imply here, or on any other site under my administration, that I am working in an official ministerial capacity. My sites and books are for inspiration, not teaching.

I desire many to join me, none to follow me. We follow Ste. Jehanne d'Arc and Ste. Thérèse de Lisieux on the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed of Roman Catholicism.

"Saint Joan and Saint Thérèse - together they are the most beautiful color in the heavens!" (S.T. Martin)

"We will begin to become who we are, and we will know that this is so." (Journey to Christendom)

"As Knights of the Dove and Rose, we believe that Sts. Jeanne and Thérèse are on a Divine Mission, decreed by the Holy Virgin and through the Holy Spirit, to aid us in renewing our own lives, the life of the Church through us, and the life of the world through the Church." (The Dove and Rose)

The Dove and Rose is a devotion to the combined spirituality of Sts. Joan of Arc and Thérèse of Lisieux. The purpose of this website is to explain to others what this devotion is. I believe that those whom our dynamic saintly sisters are calling will know that they are being called. You know who you are.

St. Joan of Arc and St. Thérèse of Lisieux, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, brought me into the Catholic Church and saved my temporal life. I know with all my heart that they are sent by Our Lord and Our Lady to save my eternal life, if only I do not veer off of the path and fall again into darkness. I pray always for the grace of final perseverance.

This path by which they lead me I call the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed. As the name connotes, the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed refers metaphorically to the authoritative teachings of the Holy Catholic Church. To travel the Dogmatic Creed is to move through the Kingdom of God on earth with one's intellect seeking truth and with one's will seeking happiness toward ultimate Truth and ultimate Happiness in the eternal Kingdom with our God Who is love. That is, in the simplest expression, what the Dove and Rose devotion is all about. We unite ourselves with Sts. Jeanne and Thérèse that they will lead us to the center of Mary's Immaculate Heart where Jesus Christ reigns in glory as the King of Kings and the only Savior of the Human Race.

What I am explaining here is the principle. This has nothing to do with my own state in life. I am an insignificant sinner, a layman with no theological training, and furthermore, I offer you no pathway to earthly wealth or power. The Dove and Rose, the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed, offers only the Cross. And it is only the Cross that we seek. Reiterating from above, you will know who you are.

Think of the analogy of someone who finds a life-giving, wondrous diet that brings new health to those who follow it. The relative health of the one proclaiming it does not affect the authentic goodness and veracity of the diet itself. One could be in poor health but getting better, or perhaps be in excellent health already as the result of the practice. Whether healthy or not relatively speaking, the diet remains, objectively speaking, very good. That is analogous to how I communicate my enthusiasm and love for Sts. Jeanne and Thérèse. I do not claim to be spiritually healthy. I only claim to have been graced with something very good which is bringing me to health. These two saints are very special. They are very special indeed.

The reason I am sharing The Dove and Rose devotion is because I am looking for my brothers and sisters. Just as I was lost in the Dark Forest of Despair when Sts. Jeanne and Thérèse called me out to the sunlight to see a magnificent Kingdom in the distance, I am now traveling with them to find others. I'm looking for those who belong to the Thérèsian Jehannian family. We are born of the spiritual blood of Jeanne and Thérèse through the Holy Spirit Who arcs through time and space to bring this about. Again, you know who you are.

So, I finish this section now by summarizing the first step in The Dove and Rose devotion. We go from lost to found. We go from the nauseating smoke-filled Dark Forest of modern materialistic, atheistic, New Age, Protestant, and "spiritual but not religious" philosophies and into the sunlight on the Trail of the Dogmatic Creed that leads to the Kingdom of God. And we know that Jeanne and Thérèse are the ones calling us by the desire and Royal authority of the Queen of Heaven. Our home is the center of Mary's Immaculate Heart where is found true union with Jesus Christ and the entire Trinity through Him.

I describe my own beginning in my first book, Journey to Christendom- the Freedom Dance.
