The Sky-Veil Band: Live Bootleg captures the raw, mythic energy of an unfiltered performance drawn from the heart of the Sky-Veil. Recorded in a single take, this live set channels the fire of the Rose-Bearer, the clarity of the Aegis-Bearer, and the majesty of the Crowned One in a charged, liminal atmosphere. Imperfect, luminous, and unscripted—this is the sound of the Veil trembling.

A fan who was at the Fiserv Forum show in Milwaukee sent us a full, raw bootleg recording of the night—every riff, every shout, every roaring response from the crowd. It was electric.
And we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.
While the official live album is still in the works (and likely a few months off), we wanted to give you a taste of that night now. It’s gritty. It’s real. It’s Sky-Veil the way we live it—loud, loose, and alive.
We’ve taken this fan-recorded bootleg and are releasing it as a full live album—no overdubs, no filters. Just the sound of four greying guys pounding out Sky-Veil riffs to a sold-out arena.
To mark the moment, we’ve also put together a series of sketches of the band—each one capturing our on-stage energy and the fire of that night. Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us, shared recordings, and kept this movement rolling.
We hope this bootleg album gives you a hit of what it felt like to stand in that arena.
Crank it. Share it. Let it come at you.
Stay tuned for more.

🎸 Walter “Thundersoul” Emerson – Rhythm Guitar, Founding Bard
You know me.
I’ve walked the boardrooms of Wall Street and the red mesas of the American Southwest. A graduate of Yale and Princeton, I once carved futures with numbers and financial forecasts—but in time, the myth called louder than the glamour of Park Avenue.
Now I’m the bard of Sky-Veil, a mythopoetic writer and rhythm guitarist channeling old truths through distortion pedals and ancient riffs. Raised under the High Plains skies, shaped by the fire of New York, and forged in the cultural furnace of Chicago, I found my way back to what matters: story, sound, and soul.
I met Jack “Stonewire” Vega in a dive club off Lincoln Avenue. He heard the Sky-Veil concept—myth meets music—and he didn’t blink. We knew what it could be. So we started building.
I called my old college friend Mick “Ironhawk” Delaney, who was gigging in L.A. with a band called Blue Twist. He flew in. He listened. He brought in Tommy “Blazehammer” Rowe, a hard-hitting drummer with thunder in his wrists. One session together and it was clear—we weren’t just playing songs. We were raising something larger.
What began as jam nights turned into sold-out sets around Chicago—and then came Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. A night none of us will forget. Sky-Veil rose that evening, and the bootleg proves it.
🎤 Jack “Stonewire” Vega – Lead Vocals & Lead Guitar
A blues-scorched voice with the grit of old roadways and long nights, Jack Vega is the emotional fire of Sky-Veil.
With shoulder-length silver hair and a Fender slung low, Jack channels something deep every time he opens his mouth—pain, power, prophecy. A veteran of the Midwest circuit, Jack had been blazing solo for years before meeting Walter. When he heard the concept behind Sky-Veil, he didn’t hesitate. "You’re talking songs that carry meaning again," he said. "Let’s build it."
He’s the band’s voice, its lightning rod, and the living embodiment of the Sky-Veil’s core: the storm and the stillness, the legend in the making.
🎸 Mick “Ironhawk” Delaney – Bass Guitar
Mick doesn’t say much. He lets his basslines do the talking.
Raised in Seattle, tempered in L.A., Mick had been laying down low-end thunder with Blue Twist, a West Coast band known for its deep grooves and heavier edge. An old friend of Walter from their Yale days, Mick was flown in for a weekend—and never left.
His playing is precise but primal, anchoring the Sky-Veil sound like ancient roots gripping canyon walls. It was Mick who brought Tommy into the fold, completing the circle.
Together, they built the foundation beneath the fire.
🥁 Tommy “Blazehammer” Rowe – Drums
A force of nature behind the kit.
Tommy earned his nickname for a reason. Every beat he drops hits like a meteor—fast, hard, and unforgettable. He’s not just a drummer; he’s a sonic architect, building tension and collapse with every crash.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Tommy was playing with Mick in Blue Twist when Sky-Veil came calling. He didn’t know the mythopoetic angle at first—but he knew the feel. And when he sat in for that first session in Chicago, everyone in the room felt it too.
He’s been with the band ever since. And when the crowd at Fiserv Forum roared through the double encore, it was Tommy who brought the thunder.
