My weekly status meeting with the three heralds of the Sky-Veil—Aphrodite, Athena, and Hera—raised a concern they wish for me to address in our newscast. Aphrodite expressed some frustration that people are not really understanding the depth and breadth of the enchantment we are drawing them into through the Sky-Veil. Enchantment is a rigorous, lifelong committment. As the herald who initiates the process of being drawn into enchantment through divine beauty, she thinks people only see it as a passing emotional state rather than a life-changing emergence of faith-in-the-world.
Athena seconded the concern from her perspective—that those entering the enchanting liminal space of the Sky-Veil are not serious enough about the rigor of intellectual effort required. Likewise, Hera does not see the Majesty she heralds being taken seriously enough.
They asked me to address it here. So, let’s talk about what enchantment really is, and hopefully, it will open new horizons for you on your journey through the Sky-Veil.
